This is an fine pair of Japanese copper and silver mixed metal 19th century Menukis that have been mounted as cufflinks. The Menukis have a smiling man squatting and enticing a standing mouse with what may be a piece of food. There is fine engraving in the metalwork. The backs are marked Made In Japan Sterling 925. They measure approximately 1 3/8" by 5/8" and are in excellent condition.

An Eighteenth Century English George III Tripod Form Mahogany Bookstand Circa 1760. The rectangular top with a ratcheted support mechanism adjusts to varying angles. The cylindric standard supported by cabriole legs telescopes and enables adjustment of overall height. The piece has a rich color and patina. Condition is excellent. A George III Style Mahogany Kneehole Pedestal Desk Circa 1900. The top fitted with a tooled leather surface in brown. The frieze with three drawers over three drawers in each case.
